Tanti Lili is a self-taught nurse that lives on the outskirts of Sektor Puroi - the most polluted and dangerous Sektor. Knowing the need of Caihong City for health facilities, she transformed her own house into an improvised medical ward. She loves her land no matter how polluted it is because she believes she has a vocation - a mission to help out people in need. However she doesn't work for free usually - taking in exchange handsome supplies of ornaments for her carefully decorated living room.

 

An aquaintance of Lavinia, Tanti Lili used is also one of the few people that knows about the true nature and existence of Sektor Rogvaiv - and an often caretaker for the children in there (usually draining their abcesses, closing down still suppurating wounds). In return they draw her pictures for her birthday. 

 

A fashionable coquette, Tanti Lili often dates younger men that she puts to task as her assistants. 

 

She is surprised to see Lavinia after so many years, knocking on her door with a dying young man...
