Failure of the government to assemble and take control has transformed Sektor Methronome into a Mobocracy ruled by the cries of the majority. Known for its propensity towards amusement and leisure, Sektor Methronome is also host of the mysterious Forest Ikibaya.
Another anarchic land, Sektor Athena is known for its operating trains that permit access to Sektor Puroi. A conglomerate of numerous slums, Sektor Athena is also known for being the most eastern Sektor and thus rarely visited. Prior to the Mercury Spill it used to be the main port of access for colonizers towards other Sektors.
