Madam, a strong and determinate woman, singlehandely manages The Brothel of Sektor Meili, including all 142 staff members (prostitutes and guardians). She provides shelter for the prostitutes that she recruits herself, and prevents them from either committing suicide or dying of starvation by giving them Sertra-X. She keeps up the books of The Brothel and takes pride in creating an organized workflow in the midst of inorder and chaos.

 

Following the Mercury Spill and the retreat of the rich inside the glass dome, the supply of Sertra-X became limited. Due to the high level of depression in Sektor Meili, Madam lost about 50% of her staff to suicides. However, Madam was approached by a Furui City citizen - a mysterious ladyman named Miss Berbek. They signed a deal that binded Madam to procure children's organs for Berbek in exchange for generous and exclusive supplies of Sertra-X. The Brothel's monopoly over Sertra-X instaured the Brothel's rule over Sektor Meili and its transformation into a corporatocracy.

 

Madam, now 52, has a fine taste for antique furniture. Trained on the streets from a very young age she is a surviver and a provider for those who she deems in need. As a child, Madam was repeatedly raped by her grandfather - a memory that she buries deep inside her mercury-deformed face.
